On Demand Water Heaters
Does anyone here use this? How do they work, and are they more efficient than the standard water heaters?

Re: On Demand Water Heaters
It all depends on how strong is the water flow in the campground you frequent. Most on demand water heaters are based on the strength of the water flow. If it's not that strong, it won't heat up.

Re: On Demand Water Heaters
I have an on demand heater here in the house. It can take a few minutes to get the water to become hot. Not sure on how fast it heats up when it's in an RV.

Re: On Demand Water Heaters
We also got one in our home. Given how long it takes for the water to heat up and the amount of water flow needed to get it to start heating up the water, we decided to go for a regular propane water heater instead. Less hassle.

Re: On Demand Water Heaters
It depends on your definition of efficiency. If it's the use of propane gas, the answer is yes 'coz it only requires the gas when you need it and not to keep it warm.
