Do camping clubs and insurance companies that offer ERS follow regular business hours? As in Monday-Friday, 8am-50pm? We encountered some problems at the campground over the weekend, and tried calling the company where we got our ERS. But we got only a recording. It was a good thing that the host of the campground came to our rescue. We still got another 30 days to cancel our ERS and get our money refunded, so it would be a big help if anyone could enlighten me about this right away.
