1. When getting directions, make sure you let the person you're getting directions from that you're driving a large RV and that you need the straightest, easiest route possible.
2. Be sure to tuck away the pullout entry step before you drive. If you don't, it's highly likely that you will hit curbs or other people's cars.
3. Buy a mountain guide that identifies troublesome hills. They are available at truck stops. And approach any grade over 10 percent with caution. |
